Family traditions are important, and since we do not celebrate Halloween, we’ve begun to have “Fall Parties” at our house.
In the video above, I share how we integrated a scavenger hunt into our festivities using only $1.00 items from Dollar Tree.
The younger kiddos had a blast looking in and around our home for clues which eventually lead them to a basket chock full of goodies. I describe what I purchased for each of my seven children in the video above.
I also set up a craft table for the kids and had a short snack time. This was such an easy and fun activity, and the whole family enjoyed the evening.
Thank you so much for stopping by! What traditions does your family participate in throughout the fall season?
What a cute idea! We have done something similar on Easter morning, and for finding big gifts on Christmas morning.
Thanks for sharing, Catherine!
