Ah, how I enjoy fall. I’m sure I’ve mentioned this before. It is just such a beautiful season, and I love all of the changing colors. In fact, my favorite color might be “autumn,” if that was an option.
So, I especially enjoyed my outfit today! Grocery shopping is in my plans this evening. I plan to stock up on some canned goods, which is needful in this day and age. Honestly, it is a smart thing to do anytime! Perhaps one day, I will grow enough food to last through the winter, but at this point I’m far from it.
Black Skirt – Thrifted
Orange Cardigan – Thrifted
I purchased this Pumpkin Tee last year from Love in Faith using a 50% off coupon code that they offer from time to time. (As of a couple of days ago, it was marked down to under $10!) I love it, and could hardly wait to wear it again this season! It’s a little big on me now since I’ve lost some weight, but it still looked nice tucked in and with the cardigan over it.
And how precious that it lists the Fruit of the Spirit!
Other than the headwrap, my other pieces were thrifted a few years ago. My, how I enjoy thrift shopping. I’ve probably worn this black skirt 100 times. It’s comfortable, flowy, and goes with almost everything.
Be encouraged today, ladies. We can honor our Father with the way we dress! Oh, and remember there is a giveaway going on this week. Click here to enter.
As always, I hope you have a lovely day with your family.
Better is a little with the fear of יהוה, Than great treasure with trouble. Better is a meal of vegetables where love is, Than a fatted calf with hatred. A man of wrath stirs up strife, But he who is patient appeases strife. The way of a lazy one is like a hedge of thorns, But the way of the straight is a highway.
