About

Hey there! I’m so happy you are here. It’s nice to meet you!

You are incredibly valued in the eyes of God. This website is here to give you hope, and to encourage you in your homemaking journey.

Now a little about me. I’m a wife, a homeschooling mother to nine, and most importantly, daughter of the Most High. I also share Bible study resources at Daily Bread for Women, and I would love to invite you there!

I’m so thankful for God’s gift of His Son. He took my broken life and made it whole. Praise God for deliverance and redemption! I’m slowly learning to follow the Narrow Way. I also love to read books about Jewish wisdom.

…whoever says he abides in Him ought to walk in the same way in which He walked.

1 John 2:6

We know that we love God’s children by this—when we love God and obey His commandments. For this is the love of God—that we keep His commandments. And His commandments are not burdensome.

1 John 5:2‭-‬3

Currently my faith focus is to learn how to walk in righteousness as a child of YHWH and disciple of Jesus (Yeshua).

If you would like a free copy of the Bible, please email your mailing address to me at redeeminghomeblog@gmail.com. I would love to get the Scriptures to you. God’s Word is life changing!

As a wife and mother, I realize that my most important calling is at home. You can read more about that here. I hope to use this space to share what I am learning to make my home a stronger place by God’s grace .

Despite my totally introverted nature, I really enjoy sharing thoughts here that may glorify God in some way. It is such a joy, and a blessing, to be a keeper at home! In my spare time, I’m a budding aromatherapist, and I also love learning about natural, simple living.

I believe that feminism is quite terrible. I am perfectly content to spend my days at home and to be a helper to my husband. Believe me, I didn’t always feel this way. The Lord has done quite a lot of work in my life! I also believe that marriage is between one man and one woman, and that children should be highly valued.

We are slowly renovating our five acre homestead.

Debt freedom is important to us, so we are renovating bit by bit. We currently own chickens, goats, ducks, dogs, rabbits, and a cat. With a large family as well, there is never a dull moment! We’ve learned to live simply, and to only spend money on items that truly matter to us.

Holistic living for God’s glory is important to us, too. I am continuously learning ways to simplify our lives and schedules, while also trying to balance old-fashioned ways and values with our modern world.

Some of my favorite topics include:

  • Becoming a godly and submissive wife.
  • Raising children.
  • Homeschooling.
  • Feminine modesty.
  • Frugal living.
  • Homesteading.
  • Simple living.

I am by no means an expert in any of these things. But these are goals that I aspire to, and might write about from time to time. If you are here from my previous blog, welcome! It is so nice to connect with you again!

I’ve enjoyed writing for some time now. I previously contributed to Year Round Homeschooling, and I also used to write for the Homeschool Review Crew. You can also find my writing in the Minimalist Homeschool magazine and For Every Mom.

I love old fashioned correspondence. If you’d like to contact me by mail, my address is:
